Checking out the listed web / desktop #apps for #Mastodon most of them are really underwhelming. They even fail to describe on why one should use them. I didn't find a single desktop app which was worth installing, just from the information provided on their webpage. Multiaccount usage is irrelevant to me, for now.

If you're going to use Mastodon via the web, I definitely suggest using the web client, @elk. It is such a great client, beautiful UI, and easy to use.

After being unavailable for a few days, #Mastodeck is back! I've been using it for maybe a couple of months, and it's now impossible for me to use any other Masto desktop client. There are so many good Mastodon iPhone apps that it's hard to choose. But on the desktop it's a desert.
