Ah the predictable views of the people of mid Bedfordshire. Quite the depressing read.

So in the rush for 's doors, MPs exiting at the next election have found there is a glut on the market - its getting harder & harder for MPs & ex-Ministers to find sinecures on boards or with consultants - in a crowded market (and with damaged goods) the price (that is fees/wages) is dropping & buyers are becoming more particular about the 'talent' on offer... looking forward to the first story of an ex-MP being a minicab driver (we can but hope)

@MostlyTato @ChrisMayLA6 I just read in the Guardian that the polling is so close in Mid Beds that if Labour and Lib Dems refuse to think tactically, they're likely to gift it to the Tories. 🙄😡
Want a giggle though? Check out Reform UK's "shadow cabinet" 🤣🤣🤣

It would be tragic 4 progressive politics & 4 the UK population if & split the progressive vote & let these appalling Tories sneak in. There must be some sort of progressive agreement to rid us of these dreadful Tories. https://tinyurl.com/msvwkp75
