Back when I commuted by bike it was easy to get 257-320 km in per week. Now I that I work from home, I have to remind myself to get on the bike.
That said I’ve done pretty well this year at getting in at least one 30 km ride each week. Whether chasing coffee, pizza, or beer – with or without friends – I love being on 2 wheels.

Between the space between “it is good actually to move your physical body” and the “body keeps score” is post-modern culture since the Industrial Revolution.
Networked society asked individuals to abstract away their physical and emotional intelligence to The Machine™, which is now a computer in our hands.
I feel like crap today. The day started well and then... gut issues... energy issues. 😩
Maybe the gut issues are caused by my autism, and my energy issues are caused by my gut issues. Who the hell knows?
(If you wonder about gut issues and autism, I read that these are apparently common in autistic folks, and with the cancer that reduced my ability to mask, I think some of the ways in which my autism shows up are somatic... so... 😩)
If you wonder, my gut issues are not on the dramatic side. I go to the bathroom more... almost like an indigestion, but not quite. No pain.
I've been working in my office, but I just got out of there to get on my reclining couch, and chill.
