It’s pissing it down & the hibernation urge is very strong this morning - the urge to venture out & exercise is fairly nonexistent!
However there is an amount of frustration to release , so a 10k walk thru the pouring rain might be just the ticket !

So today will be a day of rest after the last two days of MiL exposure , not to mention everything else.
AJJ completed the ASD Informants form yesterday so will scan & upload that & my Dads feeble attempt.
Otherwise kicking back & watching the world go by!
It’s still miserable outside , but the caffeine is kicking in & the prospect of getting some exercise in as part of Project WOOF is definitely on the cards!
Mrs Squirrel is out of the house today so peace & tranquility should reign!

Project WOOF is moving in the right direction lost 300g, yesterday - I know that’s not a tremendous amount , but it is in the right direction at least!

Yesterday seems to have totally drained me, not really feeling it today at all.
Not even really bothered about my weight today. Death by chocolate seems to be back on the cards 😆 .

Snow has snowed & the world is white , which while very pretty may cause some major disruption to the expected visit of yon Papa to complete the ASD questionnaire.
