I'm having problems falling asleep & put some melatonin drops into chamomile tea to try to ease body into sleep. I was up later than usual because Mom's been having some more high blood pressure related medical issues recently.

Asher is the best at comforting me. I start my 6 hrs mediation & energy cleansing exercises at 8pm. Getting rest of my self care ceremonial stuff together.
One of Asher's fave interactive play activities is catching & biting on a chopstick. You just move the #chopstick around & he goes berserk trying to catch & bite it.
