Messier 53 (M53) is a globular cluster located in the constellation Coma Berenices. Messier 53 reaches its annual culmination at astronomical midnight around April 10th.

This image of M101 aka the Pinwheel Galaxy is 192 thirty second images captured with my #Seestar50 last night and stacked and processed this morning with PixInsight. M101 is 21 million light years away in the Ursa Major constellation. It is 170,000 light years across and has a mass of about 100 billion times our Sun. #ClearSkies
