So I know #MLS brought in some of those time-wasting rules they use in the reserve league, but in watching games last week and tonight, it seems that the referees are not… say… UNIFORMLY enforcing them. They seem to be more sticklers about it in MLS Next Pro.

So, I fired up #inkscape to make the SVG, and then #freecad to create the 3d model that I then 3D printed. I printed the yellow part separate and glued it in.

This is by far the best write-up of how awful the overall officiating and playing conditions were during the #CLTvCLB match on Saturday night. Such a black eye for #MLS.
Incredibly frustrating match tonight for #crew96. It’s one thing to have a few injuries, but it’s another to have a direct red card after VAR on clearly accidental contact. Then, a BS penalty on less contact than the red card (which Charlotte hilariously missed). And, a goal taken away. I don’t blame our players one bit for feeling like they had to beat the ref in addition to the other team.
Once again, #MLS has demonstrated that they have an ENORMOUS problem with their referees.
I still can’t believe that other sports don’t function like #mls and provide all games without blackouts to streaming subscribers. The blackouts is 100% what keeps me from buying the #mlb subscription.
If I can’t watch from home, I'm not going to get into the fandom, and I'm not going to end up buying tickets to a game because I'm not emotionally invested.
@reesecommabill Should never have been a penalty to begin with. This referee is total garbage. I’ve never seen such a shit-show of a half of officiating.
