Tonight's #aperitivo #aperitif is a recipe from the one and only Alessandro Palazzi, the Truffle #Martini

20ml potato vodka
60ml truffle infused vodka
@bordiga1888 extra dry to rinse the glass

Rinse a chilled Martini glass with vermouth and then pour the ingredients directly from the freezer.
Garnish with an olive.

It's a super tasty #directmartini, made with ingredients from #Piemonte region (vermouth and #whitetruffle from #Alba).

For a full #truffle experience, let the vodka infuse for at least a month.

The #Piemonte 🇮🇹 region reopens two railway lines for passenger service that were closed in 2012. From 11 September 2023 regional train services will be reinstated on the #Asti - #Alba and #CasaleMonferrato - #Mortara branch lines.

The new timetable is operated on Mondays to Fridays and consists of six train pairs between #Asti and #Alba and another seven on the #CasaleMonferrato - #Mortara line.
