    Well, I had a little more spinning in me after all. 2 oz dyed cotton roving from a fiber club I joined a few years ago. I’ve spun up most of the wool in my stash, but I still have a crapton of cotton roving.

    Give this a try: A cross/parallel-eye stereogram of rocks and sands on Mars taken yestersol by the Perseverance Rover. Use the left two images if you can do cross-eye, the right two if you do parallel eye. Mars in 3D!

    @kevinmgill WOW, TIL that I must be using parallel eye to see the stereogram! I didn’t know there were two ways of seeing.
    I use the same technique I used with those “magic eye” pics from a while back: relax my eyes, unfocus slightly, and move head or eyes until the image just pops into focus.
    Today I discovered that if I cover the leftmost image, I can get the stereo version to stay visible, but if I cover the rightmost, I can’t. 😄
    So fun! I love these images. Thank you 4them

    @Mrfunkedude @jeanettepizzurro I’ve only had ACL replacement surgery, & it was the hardest thing I’ve lived through to date. Sending you all good thoughts and mojo for quick and thorough healing with as
    Little pain as possible.
    Also: do your physical therapy as soon as you can! It does help! And it’ll prob be very hard. (Mine was). But I did it! You can too. ❤️❤️❤️❤️

    of the Day: Do you swatch or log your inks? What method do you use?

    @penfount Yes. I have a Rolodex with Col-o-ring cards, where I file the inks alphabetically by maker. Then I have a something like a business card holder where I swatch inks and group them (as well as I can) by color family. Then there’s the spreadsheet that lists the inks and which inks are in which pen. And last there’s the notebooks with writing samples.
    It’s possible I have a little too much fun organizing things. But I hv a lot of pens & lots of inks. ¯_(ツ)_/¯
