Just been for my morning walk, it’s chilly, bright and a little misty out there. Town was quiet after the influx of tourists over the bank holiday weekend. I kept my walk brisk but not breathy. Now for a deep work kickstart to the day then - onwards!
Eye appointment this morning. Hopefully getting a new pair of glasses. The light will mess up my eyes for about 3 hours after they dilate them. I hope my exam goes well.

An #Ohio woman who left a toddler at home to go on a 10 day vacation has been sentenced to life in prison after the toddler died. There was no excuse for what the woman did. But this was a tragedy waiting to happen. She had depression and mental health issues. #MedicareForAll will mean people can get help without charge and without the stigma. Our twins and our agent saw the house. We FaceTimed from Oregon. 👎🏻 Big disappointment. We’ll explore more homes when we get to BC. Not expecting to buy anything this trip.
