Any experts here?

I want to make embedded videos work when offline. Is that possible?

The videos currently work when online, they're shared with the right permissions. I've told Slides to work offline. Chrome is up-to-date.

But the vids don't play when WiFi is off.

Any clues, gang?

(Not looking for alternatives to GSlides, thanks.)

Does that work for you? I can't see an obvious way to embed a downloaded video.
The only option is YouTube or Google Drive. As I've said, mine are in drive and have the correct permissions.

Sorry if this come across as mean - but literally the first line of my original post was specifically asking for experts.

Updated the @films trailer for "Synthercise" now it there's a venue (Stage B) and time (9am) for - running twice, not sure which days yet

If you've never tried dance fitness before, then think of it as massively multiplayer live action Just Dance. 8 bit soundtrack includes a lot of 90s bangers

You don't need to think of yourself as fit or a dancer to enjoy Synthercise - just turn up with comfortable shoes and a bottle of water :D

Trying to work out if it is worth hooking up my TV to FreeView for the election.

Even "live" the BBC iPlayer seems to be about 90 seconds behind realtime.

(No need to explain to me how video encoding and transmission works, thanks.)

prototyping 'webcam pacman.' Chomp to move, look to turn

'pacman' played via webcam. The user's webcam is visible but transparent in the background; on top of it is a yellow circle that contains the user's face. As the user opens their mouth, the yellow circle's mouth opens as pacman's does. The circle's orientation changes based on the direction of the user's face. The circle moves in the direction it's facing as the user closes and opens their mouth.
