  • Answer honestly, if you had a sandwich cut in fours, would you give a piece to a hungry person if you thought they might not deserve it?

If Y, you're a "conservative" because someone will always be able to convince you "they" are undeserving.

Yeah, I get it.

But to me, it always boils down to "F the undeserving" where "undeserving" is a totally subjective grouping based on personal familiarity, tribe affinity and propaganda.

So, plenty of "conservatives" would take your example and say, "of course, MY friend is deserving and should be able to get an abortion" or possibly "no friend of mine would consider that, F her"

Rinse repeat for any culture war topic.

Today, while Biden was wondering if he would allow Ukraine to fire back at Russian missile positions in Belgorod, Russia bombed a large hardware store and shopping center in Kharkiv with 200 people inside.

More people die every day, while we wait for the Biden administration to make the only right decision: Let Ukraine fire back!

Richard Blumenthal have intro’d legislation to enforce the Constitution's explicit language banning foreign by prohibiting the President, VP, Cabinet officials and Members of Congress from accepting payments from foreign governments without first obtaining the consent of Congress.

Officials would be prohibited from accepting foreign payments without Congressional approval during the entire time in office and for two years after leaving.

I have faith that most of these "RFK voters" are just expressing frustration w the two leading candidates and will switch when actually voting.

Progressives need to remember what the Stein vote cost Clinton and what the Nader vote cost Gore.

There is no blaming the candidate for failing to inform the voters. That's particularly absurd in today's corp-owned media disinfo bubblespace.
