1/4 Torrent (T) by Jeremy Schoenherr and Rückkopplung (R) by @pxlshrd and Adam Berninger were released almost at the same time and deal with memory and personal biography.

They are both beautiful works of that seem to be in a dialogue visually and thematically.

from my collection that needs to be seen:

"Tidal Friction " by r0zko

Beautiful stories of sand and sea that make me reflect on the passage of time and the effects of the steady forces of erosion. The round framing suggests seeing the scenery through a porthole, giving the artwork an air of exploration and adventure.

When looking at @pxlshrd's portfolio, the use of colours and the overarching narrative of the interconnectedness of things stand out.

His unique palettes remind me of rust, acid, and lilac, and the multitude of projects that he released on explore networks on microscopic and cosmic scales.

I took a deep dive into @pxlshrd's artwork and wrote an article about it:

I haven't collected since quite some time due to budget constraints. For , I couldn't argue to spend some Tz in exchange for awesome artworks.

Maybe you find something you like, too, and take the opportunity to donate for a good cause? Here's a link to a small gallery with what I collected (browse on Objkt.com to find more):

1/ "Outliers" by @ateliergenart was released today on .

The mints that are now incoming are the manifestation of the hard work that the artists @nclslbrn , @chempathy_nft, @seigneurrrr and @lammetje_nl, and curators/editors @aether and @pixel0symphony put into it.

Here's a short thread to show off these projects together with other beautiful stuff I found there today.

Some art shines even more in company. I often put works I collect into semi–chronological galleries and group them.

Cyanotypes and Cyanotypes by Leonardo Solaas not only harmonize in colour, but also by subject with DIATOMS and DIATOMS by @urbandrone.

Both beautifully depict non–existent specimen of existing tiny marine organisms.

Time for another article on .

Stories of Sponges and Survival is a write–up about Paweł Grzelak's two recent, strangely beautiful projects Gemmules and Symplasma: Experiment that put their focus on a somewhat unassuming animal species: sponges!

Read my text to find out why this is way more interesting (and beautiful) than one might expect:

1/7 In Mappings by Ira Greenberg, the concept of maps serves as our guide through unknown territory. Maps are the work of nameless pioneers who came before us, and they represent orientation and, to a degree, a feeling of familiarity in unfamiliar surroundings.

Here's another pairing of images that, when I noticed them, seem to be having a conversation:

"Torn Fjords" by @plasm0 and "Draining the clouds" by @heliodorosantos

United by colours and glitch, yet complementary in framing, atmosphere and main subject, they seem to point out the contradiction between representation and the actual subject and how both can be datafied.

1/ Truth is an exhibition of projects on . Curated by @ajberni, it is centered around the overarching theme of ambiguity of scales and dimensions.

Seven artists created images with impressive levels of detail and beauty that visualize the interconnectedness of the world surrounding us. By challenging our perception of scale and boundaries, they explore the concept of “inner truth”.

The worlds that @mandybrigwell creates are beautiful and captivating. Noisy minimalism and thoughtful narratives combine into that is uniquely hers.

Expanse is inspired by the salt marshes near the artist's home and adds an other-worldly influence. It is also an exploration of exploration—not for the sake of knowledge, but for desperate survival after we have destroyed our home.

"formless-z" by Costa Chung (OneRocket) feel both familiar and strange in the images' discomfortingly imperfect resemblance of humanoid figures.

The random shapes that the algorithm generates look like distorted, hunched over bodies of alien astronauts, and more often than not, the number of limbs exceeds what we'd expect to see in humanoid creatures.

"Fabricated" by Evan Greene feels physical and palpable (I love the way the materials are rendered), yet the virtual sculptures' compositions appear to be about to tip over any time or sometimes just couldn't exist that way.

A great exploration of what we expect our world to be like.

The outputs of "Arrokoth" by @qotonana are dynamic and slightly confusing in a thought–provoking way.

Watching the swarm–like shifting and meandering of the displayed particles in live view has an unexpectedly organic vibe, despite the reference to astronomy in title and description.

A beautiful project!

The images of "Aithérios" by @zjorge can appear to show a lift or a fall, can be sparsely populated or tightly packed, but they all convey a sense of translucent weightlessness. Iteration feels special to me in the way it highlights two of its elements in bright white.

The muted, reduced colours and patina of noise that covers most of @_nekropunk's minimal projects result in unique, vintage works that often combine illustration and generative elements. "Viadukt", "Skalka" and the recent minimal, magical "grain:street" and "Elektrobotanika" are wonderful works, but my favourite is the older "Mind docks sorting station".

"Light Beams" by @jzlabs (Jason Ting) is an enchanting exploration of light and colours that might well have been inspired by the light installations of Dan Flavin. The iterations that I like most are the ones with contrasting colour temperatures, and sticks out to me as especially harmonious.

1/4 "Barbarians" by Jacek Markusiewicz impresses me like no other recent work of has.

The images of majestic mountain slopes and neatly arranged fields – with occasional buildings strewn in between them – at first feel strangely detached and bland, thanks to a distant, aerial point of view and bleached, bright colours. Yet the way the landscapes are unexpectedly interrupted by smooth, deep, geometrical gashes appears alien and out of place.

So much beautiful art has been released recently on that I couldn’t keep up.

This short thread is just me trying to point out some projects that caught my attention, and there are numerous others that I hope to cover later.
