Mehr als 20.000 indigene Kinder wurden von Ende der 50er bis in die 80er Jahre auf diese Weise ihren Familien entrissen, um sie angeblich besser in die kanadische Gesellschaft zu integrieren.

Finally ordered Nüobell adjustable . They adjust from 2kg up to 32kg - I'm mostly interested in the lower weights for accessory work, but I could use the heavy weights for pressing and overhead carries as well.

And here they are. Packaging was pretty nice, felt secure. Lots of waste though. Dumbbells feel good, knurling on the handle is good, certainly better than those cheap plastic grips on some competitors.

Skipped my yesterday in favor of staying dry inside and playing . Weather is supposed to be sunny and warmer today, and I definitely notice unrest after two days not working out.
