If you stream games on Twitch and make clips on youtube, but you aren’t a YT partner (less than 1000 subs) and you have 10 regular viewers on Twitch and you REALLY love what you do, can you technically consider it your career if you really believe in it?

I don’t want to put my definition of career meaning here so I don’t put words into your mouth. I need to know if the above can be considered a career.

Are there any API clients that only implement the Private Mentions part?

I’ve been curious about an app that looks and feels like a messaging or email app, but just for PM’s. Having played with the APIs before, I feel like a basic thing might not be that difficult to write? 🤔

@deadsuperhero Thanks for explaining. I think I see what you mean, but my Mastodon client (I use Ice Cubes) has a separate tab for private mentions, and it’s almost laid out in a way that resembles direct messages. Not quite, but it definitely works as a private mention filter. This seems like it should cover your needs, but you need to try it.
