Almost a month ago we thought we were saying goodbye to Cookie. Cookie was like, not today (if you’re ever in SF needing an emergency vet, Dr Winnie Ybarra at SF AMC is incredible and I believe the reason why Cookie is alive today)

Struggling over the decision about whether to register for commencement.
Doesn’t seem like a time to celebrate anything really.
Plus my family can’t make it, my advisor won’t be there, what’s the point.
It’s also on a Monday after I’ll have moved away, don’t feel like traveling hours to take a picture with the grad dean in a silly hat and robe.
