S’il y a une Ă©preuve de mauvaise attache de aux jeux olympiques, je crois qu’on tient le dĂ©tenteur d’un podium ! Un VAE tout neuf attachĂ© Ă  un panneau pas trĂšs grand avec un tortillon Ă  pas cher qui ne passe mĂȘme pas par le cadre et se contente d’entourer la potence. 3 coups de clĂ© hexacave et le vĂ©lo peut partir ! Ou alors juste soulever le vĂ©lo pour faire passer le tortillon au dessus du panneau.

@nitot Ça me rappelle une anecdote qui ne peut probablement arriver qu’en Suisse.

Je suis parti plusieurs jours en train pour une confĂ©rence. J’ai laissĂ© ma voiture sur le parking d’un centre ville, trĂšs visible. Je reviens aprĂšs les quelques jours, je trouve un mot DANS la voiture : « vous avez laissĂ© votre fenĂȘtre ouverte, attention la prochaine fois ». C’est magique.

@nitot Oui, c’est une autre mentalitĂ© par ici. Je dis pas qu’il n’y a pas de vols, mais il reste cette confiance dans la culture et la sociĂ©tĂ©. En tout cas dans les petites villes et villages.

Any opinions about #helix (the code editor written in #Rust, strongly inspired by #neovim?
It looks fine but I couldn't configure a simple #Python LSP that made it usable for me. I think I will stick with neovim for the time being, although I agree that relying too much on plugins can be a ticking bomb. (For instance, I just learned today that one formatting plugin I use stopped being maintained a few months ago :omya_blobcat:.)

Hier, j’ai proftĂ© de la seule journĂ©e pas trop moche avant un week-end annoncĂ© pluvieux et orageux pour aller Ă  nouveau tuiler dans le grand Est Montpellierain et faire un peu de bornes.

Une piste de graviers longe deux champs remplis de coquelicots et de fleurs printaniÚres roses et blanches. Le ciel est légÚrement couvert.
Le canal du RhÎne à SÚte et ses abords herbeux mais roulants. Ciel chargé se reflétant dans les eaux trÚs légÚrement agitées par le vent.
Des rangĂ©es de plans de vignes et le pic Saint Loup Ă  l’horizon. Ciel trĂšs nuageux contrastant joliment avec l’alternance de vert de de marron du champ.

I have changed my thumb cluster once again! Coming close to something that fits me.

However, coding is much faster now. The new thumb cluster brings more efficiency!

My muscle memory seems to slowly coming back.

I've also started to “tent” the keyboard, at 5°C for the moment. It increases the comfort greatly!

I measure with MonkeyType.com.

My training: nothing special, it’s basically all day. I use my “old keyboard” when I code/work out of office, directly on the laptop.

Day 7: 74wpm.

My baseline with an unergonomic keyboard and no touch typing was 90wpm. I'm close enough now!

Unsurprisingly, I'm starting to increasingly feel the pain of using AZERTY. Now that my productivity is more or less restored, it's time to destroy it again by switching to Colemak I suppose 🙈.
