Last night I had a rant about being catcalled on Instagram. I’m still shaken by the experience so I’m sharing my thoughts here too…

I just went out for a date wearing the outfit in the last slide. I got catcalled on the way TO the date AND catcalled AGAIN on my way home. Both instances were by different groups of men. It’s utterly terrifying as a woman to be harassed like this in the dark in the street knowing I could do nothing to defend myself if they were to do anything to me. Women are NEVER asking for it. I was covered head to toe and it didn’t stop these men. If you are a man and you ever see other men doing this to women, call them out on it. Do your bit to make women feel safer rather than just say ‘not all men’.
