Docusign just admitted that they use customer data (i.e., all those contracts, affidavits, and other confidential documents we send them) to train AI:

They state that customers "contractually consent" to such use, but good luck finding it in their Terms of Service. There also doesn't appear to be a way to withdraw consent, but I may have missed that.

@gvwilson Docusign is very often used for employment contracts. How do those people have a meaningful choice? They won't. We use Adobe but I am wondering now whether they do the same.

@taylorlorenz I think a big part of conspiracy theories is giving bunk the same importance as facts. The both-sides thing really does play into hands of disinformation campaigns and conspiracy theorists ability to flood the zone with shit. People who would previously been regarded as cranks being elevated to the same status as scientists and other subject matter experts by a media that does not know or care what their job is.

@carnage4life Quite famously the adults at those companies manage him like you would some overgrown baby distracting him with shiny things and keeping him out of harms way but unfortunately for twitter he is hands-on, indeed nothing could prise that toy from his grubby little maw. He is and always has been an incompetent shit for brains. Thiel knew this (an actual smart person). Moonface was just 'the money'.

@sj Hey remember back when I 'did Windows' my humble noname live on the land framework from circa 2003 was almost entirely wsh/vbscript, lots of the printer and ole/ocx bugs still worked a decade later. So I am sad but I know that they will still be finding vbscript in all the most surprising places at the worst possible time well into the next decade.

Dems should state LOUDLY that if elected they will bring a Corruption Bill where a justice having been impeached, is found to have in the past with no statute of limitations, not recused themselves when they had a clear conflict of interest such as say, heard a case involving Jan 6 as a conspirator themselves, that they be found guilty of treason and corruption, such felony carrying the ultimate sanction, they having broken their solemn oath to the people.

#BOFH: configure DHCP to add static routes for 128.0.0.0/1 and 128.0.0.0/1 to your gateway.

This effectively prevents traffic from being routed through a VPN (which usually changes only your default route).
