    I was planning on replacing the battery in my MacBook Air today, but it turns out that I also need an antistatic mat. So looks like I'm going to have to place another order 🤣 :macos: :apple_inc:

    At first I was annoyed about needing to replace the MacBook Air battery, but now I'm having fun learning about fixing electronics 😃

    @sanimalp that's so cool! I didn't know it was possible to replace a battery in a dustbuster. I definitely feel like learning about this opens up a lot of possibilities.

    A few days ago my MacBook Air suddenly stopped connecting to the internet. When I open network preferences it kicks me out and says there's an error in network preferences. I tried rebooting in safe mode and it's still not connecting to the internet.

    I'm currently attempting to reinstall the OS, but you need an internet connection to do that and it won't connect. 😆 It looks like I might have to create a bootable installer since it isn't connecting.

    Tried a bunch of different tests on my MacBook Air and it's still not connecting to Wi-Fi and giving me the network preferences error. I'm thinking it's probably a hardware issue. 😅 :macos: :apusheencomputer: :apple:

    @Blobsta I didn't think of trying a new user account. I don't know how to do that but I'll look it up. 😆 I tried safe mode but it still wasn't connecting to Wi-Fi and it gave me the same error message in network preferences.

    I think I'm going to delete my Firefish account and possibly my Pixelfed account. I'm not really using either of them and I want to focus on my blog and Mastodon account. 😃 I really love Pixelfed but I'm just not using my account. 😣
