I keep seeing letsplays described as "Foobar SMP" and I'm not so much as a nerd that I assume it HAS to mean "symmetric multiprocessing"
But I am enough of a nerd that I instead get "symmetric multi-player"

So I was dumping the HDD of this toshiba laptop, and the keyboard is the same that my other Toshiba uses so I tried and yeah got it to boot! I think it's worth the 20 bucks in parts so I can get it working, probably I'll order them next month

@kiwa Basically. It doesn't use the onboard RAM in Mac OS, the boot chime sounds a little corrupt, and it only boots once until the next (i think) PRAM reset (luckily, all batteries in it are dead, so that just means pulling the plug). Bit cursed, but mostly operable.

I also got one of these, it's a Motorola F3, a feature phone that has an e-ink display, iirc it's from 2005 or 2006

oh and i forgot, but it also has voice prompts for accessibility, this one has English, Spanish and Portuguese

i need to go and buy a prepaid sim card to see if it's working and ill make a quick video about it, it's pretty cool.
