@kev tbh i think the current layout is better, the sidebar looks a bit weird but i do like them on other type of websites.

Why are Windows users so stupid, why do I get people in my comments telling me how great Windows 7 still is in 2023. There is literally no rational argument to be running Windows 7, feel free to make one, but hot take, I will never encourage people to run an EOL operating system

@BrodieOnLinux not only Windows 7 has one of the best desktops, its also pretty, lightweight, accesible and great for playing old games since an old PC cant play games like Call of Duty 1 on linux using wine or proton.

@BrodieOnLinux yeah obviously, I have a machine that is great to play xp era games but since it still has 4gb of ram I have a debian based distro installed for office work and multimedia. When it starts to fall off then I will install or vista or 7 for old school gaming (without internet obviously).

@e_mydata How does /e/OS differentiate itself from other options like LineageOS/CalyxOS/GrapheneOS ?

@vitriolix @e_mydata e/OS would be fine but they have a lot of flaws which can be found on the divestos website: https://divestos.org/misc/e.txt
Lineage OS is good if your phone does not support the other two since security on LOS is weaker.
I would go with grapheneos but that needs a google pixel (same for calyx).

@256 People didn't understand Vista unfortunately, yeah it was heavy but if you try the last service pack released for vista with all the updates, it was an amazing system but most people were on Seven already which imo is the last good version of Windows, since then I'm a Linux user. :blobcatcheer:

@christianselig I use color-scheme: dark; to change the scroll bar colour to the default dark theme on chromium and gecko.

Threads is the most fun, most interesting new product of the year, and no one in the E.U. can use it, or will be able to use it anytime soon, because their own elected officials passed a law that effectively bans it.

I've just realized that is now officially available on my phone (Xiaomi 11 lite 5g ne)!
I've just backup my files and tomorrow I'll be flashing it, hopefully everything goes well!
All of these days I've been using linage os with custom nikgapps config to remove some of the Google spokiness but I think microg is good enough for me. I'll probably gonna do a blog post with all the details.

@Vivaldi I have Todoist for productivity and Wikipedia. I like them and compared to Opera they are so much better! Love the option to have different widths across panels.
