Usually only some banking apps have issues.
You probably want to use microG so the right rating is the one you care about.

@jnthnkl @MichelPatrice its pretty limeted in the fact that you cant say which features don't work. And I don't find it perfect in the rating. Somebody marked Discord as working, I would say that notifications are a vital feature to discord and because of that would only give it yellow. I can't find rules for that.

Kagi is only a meta search engine too they rely on Google and Bing.

I believe its more of a chromium thing, the setting has to be extra implemented.
Also I did not ask for advice, I asked Vivaldi to either add the option for custom engines or to add Mojeek.

@dansup I think alt 2 takes to much away from the profile, which is not good on the profile page.
I personally prefer the user icon on the left, at the same time alt 1 is the best IMO. Its a good use of space to but all the things there in one row. People have pointed out that the bio link is more important, maybe moving it to the same row as the name and putting it on the left side works?

Also how do remote profiles look?

anyone using ? how do you like it? how's their storage of credentials? that's the only bit that really makes me nervous.

i'm also curious how well works for it. my general experience with matrix as an end user with "normal" people has been overall terrible, even with great projects like @element

@hobbsc @element depends, you login on the client and they scrape the session ID's and store them on their server.
But they also work on new version of the bridges, currently in Android there is a local Signal bridge where they keep the session ID locally. That was possible with SMS too once, but they didnt add that back in the 2.0 android app.
They have merged with texts.com which is fully locally so who knows what will happen there.

It can be anything, but please don't include memes like "unable to decrypt message" or other things that are already in the works, or maybe has already been merged (e.g media captions)

Some examples include better forwarded messages, rich profiles, or a live location sharing, just to name a few.

@cyrus - on profiles show shared rooms. Maybe shared contacts if that is even possible.

  • Having the options to add notes to other users Profiles (for yourself only).
    User Bios

  • Giving names to certain permission levels
