โฆjust want to say I really appreciate everyone who checked out and supported โMotionโ last week :) ๐ โฆthat track sat on my hard drive for a long time and iโm glad itโs out in the world now โฆICYMI, my latest release is here: https://skysonix.bandcamp.com/track/motion ๐ง #ElectronicMusic#DrumAndBass#Breakbeat
โฆbeen cooking something up with @socool and I canโt stop replaying the tracks that we have so far! ๐๏ธ๐๏ธ๐โฆ excited to eventually share these sounds ๐ง โฆthe process is a jam and iโm thankful to be in the groove ๐
music collabs can be so fun and rewarding - you trust someone with your raw ideas and you get to hear them work their magic in responseโฆ you get to hear the initial thoughts of another artistโฆ and during the creative process you find yourself on the same wavelength as someone who may not even be in the same physical space as you, while you communicate through soundโฆ thatโs special ๐๐ง โฆone of the cooler things about being a human ๐โโ๏ธ๐ถ
Whatโs an album/EP, or track that forever changed your life or inspired you?
โฆfor me, Daft Punkโs โAlive 2007โ is what got me into electronic music and inspired me to start producing my own. https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=OLAK5uy_ndzMGozj4WUls-asc1dYQ_srOAacIY4yM ...it's still a jam, as with the rest of their work. Curious to see what has inspired others... #music
So many albums changed my life, but the one that really got me into electronic music was Renegade Soundwave "In Dub". I had listened to some before, but this one I connected with.
I had a dream about a music festival last nightโฆ and then a shower thought followed.. WHAT IFโฆ Fediverse Music Festival?! (online based, like a series of twitch streams) ??? ๐ค
