Good morning,
today a new track has been released that is a bit different.
'Flowers Grow From Rain' is a little calming lullaby, made out of Rhodes, Piano and Guitar bits & I've teamed up again with the wonderful @socool for this, who has lend the track her voice. We hope you enjoy our little track!
By popular request (me) here is one more clip from my latest song, a “post rock ambient delight” according to critics (me) :blobcatcoffee:
I aimed to create the windy howls of rocky places like the Grand Canyon or somewhere in Utah by manipulating sounds in Hypha, Piano Colors, and Noire piano from NI. No loops. Nimona (Charvel pro mod 24 DK) is set up with some compression, a spreader, silver and chromaverb, and a multi spread time delay (studio and tape). #guitar#ambient#PostRock#music
Inspired by the backstreets of Tokyo on a gloomy day in 2005 where I took the cover photo, Layer 011/005 are textured ambient beats that put you in that moment.
and as always the entire she discography is off -65%! Enjoy! #music#BandcampFriday#bandcamp#musodon
Okay, so I'm finding some deals on hosting and I think I am going the self-hosted route for a Wordpress site. It will give me access to so much more functionality with plugins that will make sharing my music online much easier and more fun for others. Plus, I can use the ActivityPub plugin to connect the site to the Fediverse.
Also, self-hosting will give me the ease of managing content via Wordpress while getting to dive into code and other technical things when I want.
@6th_ez_pc@etherdiver@Sakti@socool@attksthdrknss Thanks for sharing this! …the wordpress route seems solid... I gotta say, after I created my label’s site (using wordpress.com), I realized that wordpress.org offers more control/customization/features… I didn’t know there were two different wordpress options at first 🤦♀️.. now I kind of wish I would have started with .org instead (but we’ll see how this goes)😅 … maybe something worth considering for anyone who’s thinking about self-hosting
