I hate prednisone due to the side effects and it is also a wonder drug. 1.5 days after the 1st dose, the pain is pretty much gone and my fingers function almost normally.

@luccamerel The list of side effects is almost as long as the list of things it treats… Thou I have taken it for some time and I had all the asthma related issues gone…😂 I sometimes miss it, but asked doctors for a prescription and they were not so eager to prescribe…😂

Why put your bike backwards in a bike rack and bend your derailleur that way?

@luccamerel This is the worst kind. It urges you to lock the front wheel, making your bike easier to steal, especially with quick release. From a thief’s perspective front wheel is cheap and easy to replace, bike is worth more… I’d just shift to the smallest cog so the derailleur is out of the way and lock the rear wheel AND frame to it…

If I had to lock the bike for longer I’m locking rear wheel together with frame to the stand and front wheel to the bike frame…🙈🫣

@pluszysta Ja w ogóle nie rozumiem polskiego sentymentu do góralskiej kultury… Dla mnie to się to kojarzy z tandeta i pazernością…🙈 Zakopane wygląda gorzej jak gazetka Lidla i nie ma się tam czym zachwycać. A ludzie jak te gazetki…

🇭🇷 Day 5.1! galore at ! A brief boat cruise, stunning views, nice paths to walk on with kids. It was a lot of people, can’t even begin to imagine how it is in high season…😁 Kids were having a blast seeing such a big waterfall for the first time!🥰

🇭🇷, Day 4.2! We went to see , which was not really much, just a few walls. Then some time on a beach, kids could plan on a kid-size cliffs… We’ve ended the day with some tasty food at , one of the few off-season opened venues…😂🙈

@mlabowicz Probably because it will. There was a point in time, a few years ago, I was running at a respectable pace of 4:30/km at 10km. I was in a great shape! Stopped, because I’ve been running 4-5 times a week, on the top of cycling 300-400km a week for around half a year. My knees gave up…🤷🏻‍♂️

It’s day 3 and I’m so tired. I’m never again going away for holidays without our own car. Flying puts to much pressure on me having to drag and carry the excessive luggage. I’m much more comfortable with the family taking a flight and me driving alone for 17-20 hours straight with all the unnecessary things and so useful and wanted …
