@mo keine Ahnung. Bei mir (Android) ist der erste Schritt ein Tap auf das blau-weisse "Routenplaner"-Button (1. Bild). Dann kommt die Suchmaske, an deren unterem Rand ich die Verkehrsmittel wählen kann (2. Bild). Im Ergebnis-Screen kann ich immer noch das Verkehrsmittel wechseln (3. Bild). Schaut's bei dir anders aus? 🤔

Einfach auf der Straße – ist das eigentlich erlaubt? 🤔 Nicht immer! Wenn Du das blaue Schild mit einem weißen siehst, bedeutet das: Du MUSST den benutzen. Gleichzeitig ist für andere Verkehrsteilnehmer, außer Elektrokleinstfahrzeuge, dieser Weg ohne gesonderte Freigabe tabu.

: Laut Bußgeldkatalog musst Du mit 20 bis 35 Euro Bußgeld rechnen, wenn Du einen Radweg nicht benutzt, obwohl dies vorgeschrieben ist. ❌

@f3kh6f @bmdv Mich wundert, dass die Radwege nicht vom Amts wegen überprüft und ihr Status korrigiert wird – hat die unrichtige Einstufung keine zivilrechtlichen Konsequenzen? Hier in Österreich gibt es eine scharfe persönliche Haftung der Beamten für die von ihnen erlassenen Verordnungen. Sie reagieren in meiner Erfahrung auch sehr schnell, wenn ich etwas melde, das augenscheinlich nicht stimmt.

@f3kh6f @bmdv Wir haben auch seit ca. 10 Jahren die Kategorie von Radwegen und Geh-und Radwegen ohne Benützungspflicht ( das ü ist österreichisch 😉 ) - mit quadratischen statt runden Verkehrszeichen.

Einfacher wäre die komplette Abschaffung der Benützungspflicht – die mittlerweile byzantinisch komplizierte Ausnahmen angesammelt hat (zB eine unbrauchbar gewordene Definition "Rennfahrrad").

Man kann ja in Straßen, wo man das Radfahren wirklich unterbinden will, ein Radfahrverbot anwenden.

@f3kh6f @bmdv Hier ist das nicht theoretisch. Die Versicherungen (inklusiv der öffentlichen Sozialversicherungsträger) sind dahinter, sobald sie eine Haftung wittern.

Und dazu muss niemand rechts sein. Vielen Menschen ist das überhaupt nicht bewusst. Aber wir denken sehr häufig andere Perspektiven überhaupt nicht mit. Weder in der Politik, noch in den Redaktionen. Weil die dort vorhandenen Lebenswelten halt vornehmlich ebenfalls weiß sind.

Gleichzeitig leben wir aber in einer Gesellschaft, die das schon lange nicht mehr ist. Die sich weiterentwickelt hat. Nur unsere Wahrnehmung hat sich eben in vielen Fällen nicht weiterentwickelt.

Got a fawn on my lawn, Fedi. Not responsive. Breathing is sporadic but seems strong when it's here. Any advice?

(don't comment unless you know what to do. If you google this for me, you'll catch a block.)

Update: gonna leave it alone and see if its mum comes back at dusk.

Update update: yes, this is what the local wildlife rescue people say to do. Seems the mums stay away from the little ones a lot because the mums smell tasty and don't want their kids around the tastysmell. The fawn's superpower is not smelling like much. The mum deer just leave them in a place that seems safeish, which, like, fine, I guess I'll take as a compliment.
