Dextroamphetamine (Adderall) acts as an appetite suppressant. I believe the drug is also used to combat obesity.
In my experience it's very noticeable. There are days I forget to eat. But if I have food in front of me, I'll eat the same amount as I would without the meds. So I don't get hungry on a normal day, but I also don't feel like I'm overeating.
