Do Microblog post replies not show up in notifications?

They do, but they have their own notification setting in your account settings that you need to turn on. There's 2 for threads, 2 for posts.

@GeekFTW Interesting. I have the following enabled and I still do not get notifications for Microblog post replies:

• Any level comments in threads I authored
• Replies to my comments in any threads
• Any level replies to posts I authored
• Replies to my comments to any posts

Ok just went back through my notifications and 100% confirmed I do get them lol. Made a post on movies's microblog yesterday and I got the replies still sitting in my notifications, so sounds like you got some kinda bug.

Hmm..odd, those are the correct ones for sure. I am at a loss and hope I am not misremembering but I'm sure I've gotten notifications more than once (thought I haven't posted/commented on the microblog(s) much.
