2. Found some with a slightly wider view that showed the "oakwood" ;-)
3. Searched for "Oakwood Quality Inn" - checked location, easy!

Appears that the view on the right is from the entry drive street view within the complex. A pull-out street view on the road instead of the complex looks like the street and light poles could lineup.

Pretty sure the sign on the left is Photoshop -- seems to me there's an alignment issue on the "E"., But, could be compression artifacts.
