Is he playing lawyer? I think he is hopping a few jurors will GET IT, that he can get off because he was just mistaken. Of course these jurors need to nullify the actions he made others do.

NOTE, I think if a Judge has her/his honest belief that 1 juror is being dishonest during deliberations, they can be removed, right? And an alternate juror is used?
His lawyers know that whatever he wanted to present would have been used as evidence in court against #Trump. So they stopped him. It will be a rare success for his legal team.

Governor Kemp's reaction is very important, because, although Georgia currently has no such thing as a pardon in the usual sense, the GOP wants Georgia's state legislature to give Kemp the power to pardon Trump.
Perhaps, even if given that power, Kemp would not be inclined to use it. He might be one of the handful of Republicans who'd be willing to stand up to Trump.
So he'll display boxes of blank paper again, wave his hands around and insist the blank paper is the evidence. (Kinda what he did when announcing he was stepping away from his business in 2016).

This one is scarier for Trump bc, as a felony state case, even if he's elected, he cannot pardon himself and the Gov of GA can't do it either.
Expect a bill proposed in the GA legislature to give the Gov the power to pardon.

@w7voa the other thing here is that it is not the job of any of the individuals named in the Georgia indictment to administer elections. Even IF there was fraud, participanting in a conspiracy to attempt overturn the result is still illegal. Actual evidence of fraud may help in the court of public opinion but I doubt it would in court. I’m pretty sure that’s called “vigilantism.”
