President Vladimir has placed the Russian subsidiaries of Italian water heating company and appliance maker BSH under the temporary management of a entity, according to a decree published on Friday.

JSC Gazprom Household Systems will act as a temporary manager for the two businesses.

Funny, how these companies still thought, these subsidiaries are theirs.

And this is why the divestment part of Russian sanctions have been nearly useless.

Putin just nationalised those foreign companies, giving him even more influence with the oligarchy.

To be effective, western companies should have destroyed the plants and equipment.

BSH Hausgeräte seems to be just a reseller.That won't be of much use for the Russians.
