Where is the moral center of someone like Cohen who within a few days:

  • has his anniversary/daughter's bday trip to UK ruined
  • tries to trick Daniels/Davidson on a contract they don't intend to pay
  • fronts $130k he has to hide from his wife

...all to protect a lying, cheating boss and his effort to dupe the public into electing him?

Something I realized I actually super appreciate these days is people I disagree with who aren't insane, idiots, or other types of conservative dipshits. People with GOOD REASONS and GOOD FACTS behind their conclusions.

These folks do exist. My personal slack group has a bunch of folks that I don't agree with, and it's FASCINATING. These folks do sometimes change my mind, though it's rare. But I respect where they're coming from.

Imagine politics like that.

He was forced back to NY and the business when his dad cut off his money.

Did you hear the story, as told by Ivana, about how Jr was treated during the divorce proceedings?

Ivana took the 3 kids and left. Trump wanted to lash out at her and demanded he keep custody of Jr. Knowing Trump, Ivana said sure. Trump sent a driver to collect Jr. Two hours later Jr was brought back.

What does that do to a child?

We got here quite easily - he was a celebrity and generated phenomenal media attention. As he was completely transactional and amoral, all kinds of groups supported him thinking they could use him for their own means.

And so, we have a coalition of white supremacists, "Christian" nationalists and billionaires all supporting an obvious conman who is constantly normalized by the media.
