When texting people in general I find it frustrating that people don’t seem to view it as a conversation. If someone texts me and I catch it and text back right away, I get frustrated when people don’t return the favor. They might text back 5, 10, minutes or an hour or more later. I was perfectly on time this morning when I woke up (which is rare) and everything was going smoothly until my routine was interrupted due to a phone call from my Mom and I forgot to take my meds before work....

I know I should be asking my doctor, but even though getting an appointment with a neurologist is free, it takes months where I live....

TLDR: Have you any tips or resources about how to be motivated to do things which you enjoy having ADHD in mind?...
