Mastercard is incorporating into its recruiting process by using an AI-based game to see how candidates respond to relevant situations.

No demographic data recorded at all.

Knowing that humans respond differently to different situations based on background and views, this genre of could actually end up helping diversity and revolutionizing recruiting and HR.

@ylove I hope it’s as good as it sounds, but I’ve been in the ML world for a while and a lot of these things go wrong because the definition of “accuracy” is too narrow, and so end up exacerbating social biases. Still, I respect them for trying
