It doesn’t make me feel better, per se, but they can coax out crying which can be cathartic.
It’s so weird because music has the capacity to change your mood, but when I’m sad I listen to sad music. Listening to happy music might be better, but I don’t feel happy enough to want to hear happy music. 🤷🏻♂️😭
