insomniac_lemon, 1 month ago (edited 1 month ago) With some of the things you listed, probably hazing. I'm guessing "welcome" might be better translated as an initiation, but hazing is more clear that it is humiliating/degrading and/or dangerous (and maybe even not much of a choice). (Edit)
