'Joining Blue Willow in the lawsuit is Austin bookstore BookPeople, the Assoc of Amer Publishers, the Authors Guild & the Comic Book Legal Defense Fund. Barnes & Noble, the Amer Assoc of School Librarians, & the Assoc of University Presses filed amicus briefs on behalf of the plaintiffs.'
