I’ve tried and tried to get actual espresso art, but I can’t seem to get it right. I’m certain my foam is perfect because it’s silky and thick and flows out of the cup well. Any advice?

I swapped out the momentary switch for a standard on/off switch from Amazon for my Eureka Mignon Filtro grinder....

Thanks to everyone’s advice last weekend, I’ve been able to get my milk foam much closer to what it should be for latte art. It turned out that I had way too much foam, which is delicious and I love it, but I was never going to get art with it....

I just retrofitted my basic hand crank mill with a 10mm nut, and drove it with a drill. It's so much faster now, but I do wonder if there's actual properly motorized versions of what I just did.

Anyone tried this thing before? Just came across it, and wondering if this works for my classic Moccamaster machine, for standard black coffee. Looks and seems like a promising product!...

This post is mostly for me to look at alternatives. I currently subscribe to Trade. But recently I’ve been hearing about their bad practices like sending packages with wrong weight, or paying very little money to the roasters....
