I'll show you all - this Spring & Summer how the general public reacts when encountering disabled people adventuring & walking in nature too. We aren't fucking monoliths - we are very diverse & our commonality is pure love of nature. We are the largest population of untapped interactive #tourism - worldwide.

Some of the reactions to my sitting there taking rests on natures walks have been very interesting. Most are encouraging, but some it's is obvious they are disgusted.
I try to choose mostly flat trails due to my ME/CFS. That isn't always an option. I need a 4WD scooter so I can do longer trails. #MECFS#MillionsMissing
@Jon_Kramer@Eka_FOOF_A I barely go out to anywhere indoors but I also wear masks in vehicles & outdoors (depending on the surroundings). I tend to also bring extra masks to medical appointments & ask staff to wear them when I'm there, instead of lower quality flimsy blue masks.
@msquebanh , I'm lucky enough that I was born abled, and have avoided most accidents that limited mobility. My right hand is a bit screwed up, that's all. Back due to being rear ended when I was 17. But I'm OK.
