MibIH, 7 months ago @timrichards Thanks. I will admit that some of the recent comic book films have been a bit dire, but this was a rare exception. I think some critics just want to hate for the sake of seeming superior or like the cool kid who doesn't like top 40 chart music. 🙄

MibIH, 7 months ago @timrichards They really have become a much of a muchness since the genre peaked with Avengers: Endgame. I think a break is needed until they can come up with some new ideas.

timrichards, 7 months ago @MibIH Something to that. Comic books themselves have a wide range of creative approaches via the different writers, artists etc. The movies based on them could be as diverse.
