    @chris Last I checked, the flatpak and snap version doesn't allow creating a web app, you have to use a native version from your distro's repository.

    @chris It’s been a spell since I’ve used Epiphany, but is it because Snap/Flatpak are sandboxed and don’t have full access to the rest of the system? Does Ubuntu allow for the un-Snapped binaries?

    I've just tested the Flatpak version (Fedora 40 / GNOME 46) and I can create a web app without any problem. So I don't think sandboxing is the cause of the problem 🤔
