@eeyam As a Tagalog native speaker, I can tell the difference between the two Tagalog sentences. However, I cannot explain it properly like he can. Just goes to show that a native speaker (think English) does not necessarily make a good teacher.

@astrosaur @jikodesu Hehe. Linguistics people are so cool. My aunt had a masteral in Filipino language. She used to tutor me in grade school hehe.
