    @Looping Oui, sauf qu'en France aussi les asso loi 1901 sont soumises à certaines conditions.

    Je ne suis pas un spécialiste du droit allemand.

    Par contre, je trouve étonnant que Rochko ne soit pas dans la structure américaine.

    Si c'était vraiment la nouvelle structure remplaçante, j'imagine qu'il aurait une place dedans...
