I mean you could type a few and pull random ones out of a hat to scan with text (most of mine read like I randomly cut up words from a newspaper anyway) but that sounds like a lorra work. Given that the whole Internet weighs about that same as a cat, a single toot calculated by the same method...
Atomic mass of gold:~200
Electrons per mass unit:~2000
Atoms of gold per 8bn electrons: ~810^9 ÷ 410^5 = 20,000
Max toot size: 500 chars* 20,000 Atoms = 10^7 atoms total
Weight of toot = 200*(10^7÷610^23) = 310^-15 grams
Gold is currently ~£50 per gram, so Darren's are worth a maximum of (drumroll please) 1.6*10^-11 pence each 😁
