Request: US based users regarding affordable treatment options

Someone near and dear to me living in the US (FL) needs OCD treatment but can't really afford it (both money and time wise). Any good resources out there for relatively cheap and/or very accessible?

As a first step of course, CBT is, as far as I understand it, something we could help them afford/have time for eventually.
