Some tips on dealing with parasocial relationships?

So far, I've unsubbed and unfollowed her everywhere, but since I don't have any close friends (not even online, long story short: a lot of my former online communities have fallen apart or changed for the worst, then I even forgot how to socialize online), all I have now is emptiness. Due to my circumstances, I don't have many option to socialize in real life (nor professional help, long story short: my country defunds public health care, especially the mental one, because "you can just pray instead"), and I also need some social rehabilitation on the online side (which kinda was a thing for a while on kbin/lemmy, probably I could continue it if I manage to find some mentoring).

I don't know how to answer your title question, but if it helps, I heard you and can relate to the isolation described in the rest of your post. Most of the online communities I was a part of have been disrupted one way or another. The ones I haven't disconnected from (like HN) just make me angry more often than not these days. IRL... I have nothing but remote work colleagues and family members who live far away. I do have access to a therapist thankfully (remote as well) -- some weeks the hour I talk with him over Zoom is the most I get to use my actual voice...

Yeah, I don't have any tips, but can relate. Life's gotten really fucking weird and lonely, but you're not alone in this weirdness.
