Is Wealth University job application process a scam?

I just had a inquiry call with the person in charge of the site and it all seems to good to be true. 1,000$ and they handle the workload to get you a job offer you like. They apply to 30-50 jobs a day on your behalf until you have a job. They also mentor your through the entire process. I can’t find any reviews of comments...
