I'm quite annoyed that #freenom has died and taken down all my .ml domains.
Does anyone know of a #registrar which is actually selling .ml domains? All the ones I've found list them, but don't actually allow a purchase once you go through checkout.
@Edent I’ve tended to max renew domains so it’ll be a while before that hits me. Never used the free mail stuff so that’s not a problem anyway. 2028 is my next renewal.
@Edent Have you tried CloudyHost? I have a .al with them, and found out about them when another registrar actually just ordered my domain through them when I ordered on their site! They list ml, but I can't search one up, so perhaps contact them and see if they can fix the error. But they are a good registrar. https://cloudyhost.com/domains/ml/
@Edent Yeah, their support is good so they might be able to help if you contact them, if there are no other options. I have chatted with them before and they were good. Has something happened at the ml registry that is causing any problems with people being able to sell them? Seems a tad weird that it's so difficult.

@Edent Ah, I see. I get a popup that I need a one month subscription to Corp Services (if I don't have that) at €59.50 which is a one off payment. Seems expensive...

@Edent freenom was the registry and sole registrar. Any other registrar offering these domains was probably reselling or even manually fulfilling orders. The Malian government has reclaimed this TLD and it may be some time (if ever) before domains become available again outside Mali
