We've released the patches 4.1.6, 4.0.8 and 3.5.12 today, fixing some stability issues. There are no security fixes in these updates but you are encouraged to upgrade unless you're already on one of the latest nightlies!
The Dockerfile for this version doesn't build on Debian. The version of docker included doesn't support COPY --live and when you remove it you get the following error on step 22.
ERROR: Service 'web' failed to build: The command '/bin/bash -o pipefail -c OTP_SECRET=precompile_placeholder SECRET_KEY_BASE=precompile_placeholder rails assets:precompile && yarn cache clean' returned a non-zero code: 1
